I am a Volunteer Support Officer in Events in my day job and in my spare time I do freelance work as a virtual assistant.

I’m a qualified Complementary Therapist (FdA Complementary Therapy) and Psychotherapist (Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy) and have a huge interest in various forms of holistic therapy.

I trained as a Silversmith at Sunderland University and spent 3 years running a successful Jewellery business before returning to education.  I have over 10 years experience working as a product reviewer and mystery auditor which prompted me to start this blog.

I have a very varied education, my first degree was in Natural Science which I started back in 1998 , I then completed an HNC in design and innovation, A diploma in fashion design and continued back to science with a Diploma in Clinical Science.  I studied Applied Science at Northumbria University followed by Environmental Management at Worcester university.
